We raise money to support the specific needs of our school. We track local, state and national policies so we can advocate for what’s best for our students, families and schools. Yes, Madison PTSA members get special savings and discounts! Check out the National PTA and the Washington State PTA websites for more information. You’ll need your PTSA membership number, available upon request by emailing membership@madisonptsa.com.

Madison PTSA Fees

The fees for 2021-2022 are $18 for an individual or $30 for two individuals from the same household. These fees primarily cover the dues for individual registration with Seattle Council PTSA ($3.50), Washington State PTA ($5.75) and National PTA ($2.25). Local, State and National dues contribute to lobbying and advocacy work. Membership fees are not a fundraiser for the Madison PTSA.

If you would rather pay your membership by check, you can print the Membership Form and mail it back, along with your payment, to Madison Middle School PTSA, 3429 45th Avenue SW, Seattle, WA 98116.

Membership Scholarships

It is our goal to have 100% participation by making membership available to anyone wishing to join. Madison PTSA offers membership scholarships for any community member who needs help to offset the cost of becoming a PTSA member. We are hopeful that this will create a more inclusive membership that will be open to all Madison Middle School families.
