Hello from the Neighborcare Madison Wellness Center!
We are here for any of your student’s medical, dental, and mental health needs! We offer sports physicals, well child visits, vaccinations, health screenings, mental health appointments, dental care, and more. We can provide care to ANY SPS student, as long as they are registered with our clinic. If you are not yet registered with our clinic, you can register online.
