When we gather, we will share updates on previous and current anti-racist work at Madison, as well as discuss new ways that our community can continue to make progress. We welcome you to share your lived experiences and thoughts.

We are committed to dismantling institutionalized, interpersonal and internalized racism. Our efforts strive to continuously challenge white supremacy by asking these essential questions:

The RET aspires to provide a safe space for BIPOC parents and caregivers. We can’t be hitting the targets of racial and social justice without you. We need you—not as a token representative of your ethnic background—but as one to stand alongside in the collective fight for justice and opportunity for your children, Madison’s family.
