Elaine, her husband Alan, and their 3 kids : Ella (8th grade), Hannah (7th grade), and Aaron (4th grade) have been in West Seattle since 2016. Elaine was previously in pharmaceutical sales in Los Angeles.  After moving up to Seattle, she switched up her career and has been with Amazon for the last 8 years. Elaine loves to travel (recently to Portugal) and would love any recommendations!

Melane and her husband, Ross, have 3 sons (ages 13, 14, and 17) who have attended Lafayette, Madison and WSHS. After living in TX, AR, TN, CO and LA, the Theilen family looks forward to finally putting down roots in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Prior to becoming a stay at home mom in 2005, Melane worked as a corporate trainer in banking and then production. In 2016, she earned her 300-hour yoga teacher certification and now teaches yoga part-time in West Seattle. Melane enjoys snuggling their new rescue dog, George, as well as traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends. Melane is passionate about supporting teachers and administrators! She hopes to use her experience as a mom and a trainer/team builder to facilitate positive progress for students, teachers and staff at Madison Middle School.

Vice President: Amber Zeddies

Amber hails from the great state on Minnesota and has called West Seattle home for 12 years. She has a son in sixth grade and a daughter at Lafayette Elementary. She previously served on the PTA at Lafayette. In her free time, she can be found playing with her kiddos, reading PEOPLE magazine, or playing soccer.  

Vice President: Alana Holmquist

Alana is originally from the middle of Canada but has called Seattle home for almost 20 years. She has two daughters at Madison and a son at Lafayette Elementary. She also currently serves on the PTA at Lafayette. In her free time, she can be found running and hiking with her dog, gardening or playing volleyball.

Reneé Gratzer is a mom to a 6th grader at Madison and 5th grader at Gatewood Elementary. She has over 18 years’ experience in sales strategy, product marketing, and team leadership in the technology sector. She currently leads Go-to-market strategy and industry programs at Tableau. Reneé enjoys being involved in the community, traveling, watching her kids play sports, and staying active – running, pilates, and yoga are favorites.

Legislative Liaison: Sundi Munavu

I am Sundi and I am thrilled to join the Madison PTSA this year! We have a 6th grader at Madison and a 4th grader at Genessee. As educators my wife and I both heavily interested in public education and education policy.
