Girls and boys basketball tryouts are coming in December. Interested students must submit athletic forms and physicals as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday, November 24. Pick up your athletic form packet in the main office or download online at Middle School Athletic Forms.

If your student is applying to a private school for the 2022-23 school year, please fill out the Private School Records Request by Friday, December 3, in order to ensure that the student’s Madison records are sent in time for the application deadline.
