Online Library Book Fair

Nov 1 – Nov 16 all-day
Our Library Book Fair is here and it’s a great chance to purchase books for the holiday season while raising funds for our school library. This year students can purchase from 160 hot titles, including two by our very own Madison teacher, Ms. Russell (Items #64 and #121 on the order form). And don’t forget, 30% of every purchase made will come back to our Library to help us purchase new books for Madison students!

HOW TO ORDER: Students can order online via SchoolPay. Be sure to include the Item # and Book Title for each book you’d like to purchase. If you don’t want to order online, you can submit the Order Form with cash (exact amount) or check (payable to Madison Middle School) to Ms. Bell in the Library or Ms. Penner in the Main Office. The order deadline is Tuesday, November 16.
TEACHER WISH LIST: Gift a favorite teacher with a book for their classroom for $20! See the order form for more details.
BOOK DELIVERY: Book Fair orders will be delivered to students in Advisory during the last week of school before winter break. If you are purchasing books for your student as a holiday gift and would like to keep them a surprise, please email Ms. Bell to arrange another time to pick up.

PTSA Board Meeting

Madison PTSA Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:30 pm.

Current Madison PTSA members are always welcome to attend Board meetings.

Until further notice, the Board meetings will take place via Zoom. All current Madison PTSA members will be sent a link to join the PTSA Board meeting. Anyone else in the Madison community who wishes to participate may email a request to communications@madisonptsa.com.

Madison’s ASB is holding a food drive to benefit the West Seattle Food Bank. We are collecting canned and non-perishable goods in students’ advisory classes. Please click on the flyer to see our most needed items. The food drive runs through Monday, November 22.

Thanksgiving Fundraiser

Help Madison families in need this holiday season!
Madison PTSA is once again teaming up with the school counselors to provide Thanksgiving baskets and grocery gift cards for our families in need.
Your gift of $50 will feed one family for Thanksgiving! Together let’s see if we can provide meals for at least 30 Madison families by Friday, November 19. Will you join us in this goal?
