Hello Madison Parents,
ASB’s first “Bulldog Bash” is coming up Friday, October 28th 2:00-3:45pm. We would love 12 Volunteers to circulate throughout activity areas and act as extra ears and eyes for staff. This is a great way to peek in on your students and their peers and see Madison in action.There are activities in various areas throughout the school. Gym (Music); Commons (games, hang out area); Play Court (games, hangout area); Library (movie); Some classrooms (various activities).
In order to plan for this, please let me know if you’d like to help asap. I will take volunteers on first response basis….. Please email me direct llbunch@seattleschools.org
For the safety of staff, students and parent volunteers you are required to complete the Seattle Public Schools online Volunteer Application process and be cleared (link below).
If you are unsure you have completed this I can check for you.
If you haven’t completed this process in the past please take the time to do so. this will put you in my system and you’ll be ready for most Madison volunteer requests throughout the year.
If you have completed SPS Volunteer Application at a previous school and are new to Madison. You can update your application/profile and add Madison as a school of choice and submit (link below)
On the day of the event I will meet volunteers in the office at 1:45 have you sign in, make sure you have your picture ID and proof of your vaccination on hand for me to check, you’ll receive a volunteer badge and we’ll meet in the office conference room for a quick orientation.
